Spinning has plenty of advantages which outweigh disadvantages. Read to article and learn what are the advantages of spinning classes.

Spinning, a rhythmical bicycle riding guided by an instructor to quick-paced music has become one of the most developing and most popular forms of fitness. Spinning classes are suitable for almost everyone, regardless of health, age, sex or form.

Spinning brings plenty of benefits for the whole organism. Systematical cycling enhances endurance and general fitness form, builds calf, thigh and buttock muscles, reduces the amount of fat in the organism, increases physical efficiency, effectiveness of blood circulation system and respiratory system, strengthens bones and prevents from osteoporosis. Moreover, it helps lose several kilograms. A qualified trainer sets the pace and load. The training starts with a warm-up and finishes with stretching exercises which especially stretch muscles of buttocks, thighs, calves, back and neck. Spinning is an ideal form of exercising for those who find it difficult to keep the rhythm or learn fitness choreography which are present in other forms of fitness.

The training is done in a group, which is very motivating, each class can be different from the previous one - different music or route so spinning isn't monotonous. An hour of spinning classes means burning up to 1000 calories. This rhythmical cycling is advised for obese people as it doesn't overload joints and it is very effective for burning calories. An appropriate technique of cycling ensures proper prevention against contusions. Cycling involves two positions: standing and sitting position. The last one is the easiest one at the same time, however, a bike needs to be adapted to each person. A proper position means that a saddle is on height of hips, handlebars on height of the saddle or lower, body slightly bend forward, feet flat on pedals, shoulder-blades pulled and eyes turned to the front.

It is important to prepare for classes properly, an appropriate outfit will prevent us from intertrigo and abrasions. Good shorts and gloves are crucial for the most effective training. You can also take a water bottle with you so as to drink during the training. Not only does spinning help us improve strength or endurance but also relieves from stress, problems, develops imagination and ensures active relaxation. It is a safe and pleasant way of improving fitness, even for people who used to avoid physical activity for a long time.
