Nowadays gyms are full of boys who are overwhelmed with superiority complex. Superiority complex which means an urge to gain weight and build bigger and stronger muscles. The article describes health risks connected with excess exercising and using anabolic drugs and presents the type of obsession with bodybuilding.

Physical exercising is popular and fashionable these days. Media, especially TV promote physical activity and healthy lifestyle. However, sport does not necessarily bring only benefits. Bodybuilding has recently become an example of sport that poses serious risks to health.
The beginnings at the gym brings plenty of satisfaction to a young man who starts his adventure with bodybuilding. Apparently, after some time the effects become gradually less visible which makes teenagers feel frustrated. In such circumstances, the quickest and the most effective way for bodybuilding is to search for steroid drugs, which are more and more popular. As it turns out, almost everyone who practices at the gym can find a way to buy anabolic drugs which help them achieve the body mass they dream of within several months. They often take stronger drugs without realizing that they can destroy their organism and have plenty of side effects.
A person who tries to achieve a body mass in that way will never be satisfied with the effects of their training. Although friends and people around will see him as a muscular type he considers himself unattractive. These are symptoms of bigogrexia, similarly to anorexia, obsession with weight, however, in this case men strive for bigger mass. It is equally dangerous and in extreme cases, to death. It appears that obsession with weight, in both cases, can damage one's health.
