There are plenty of undeniable benefits of fitness and other forms of physical exercise. Cardiovascular benefits are the first to mention by all doctors who believe in huge impact of sports on our health. The article mentions only several pros of fitness exercise.

Systematical and regular exercising helps to maintain good health, improve physical condition, prolong life and be in a perfect mood. Sport is healthy - even the youngest child knows that, it is a ticket to a long and healthy life.

First of all, sport reduces the risk of getting any of the coronary diseases. It's enough to practice sports 30 minutes a day to facilitate the work of various organs and enhance blood circulation. Following the principles of healthy lifestyle which includes regular exercising and balanced diet minimalises the risk of getting diseases of the coronary system.

Sport's influence on organs:

1. Heart - it forces heart to work and strengthens it by improving its efficiency. Sport facilitates blood circulation and the ability to transport oxygen more effectively to all body organs.

2. Muscles - it makes them stronger and, if practiced regularly, stimulates blood circulation. Bigger amounts of oxygen and nutrients are transported to the cells whereas toxins and metabolism produce are removed from the organism. Muscles which have oxygen can work longer and more effectively which means that the body condition and resistance is better.

3. Joints - physical work improves appropriate joints mobility and reduces the risk of getting joint pains and stiffness in the senile age. Good joints are crucial for remaining active for the whole life.

4. Lungs - physical exercises improve the work of the whole respiratory system as the increased lung work helps to enlarge the amount of oxygen transported to all body cells.

5. Brain - exercising causes the situation in which larger amounts of oxygenated blood get the brain. That is why we memorize and concentrate more easily.

6. Skin - an efficient blood circulation system ensures radiant and healthy skin. Physical exercises make blood vessels more active and as a result your skin becomes elastic, firm and simply beautiful.
