How to take care of your breasts? The article presents several ideas about how to keep breast firm and sexy for a long time.

Unfortunately, our skin gets flabby with age - also on breasts. As a result, they get less attractive and less firm. That is why women shouldn't wait until the situation gets out of their control, they should start taking care of their skin properly now.
1. It's a good idea to buy a special lotion for the breasts (it doesn't have to be the most expensive one) and massage breasts regularly (omit the nipples). Sometimes, you should apply a thick layer of cream and wait around 20 minutes, and then, remove the the excess amount. Those women who have vivid signs of skin aging, mothers, dieting women should use cosmetics designed especially for them e.g. anti stretch mark creams. It is also advisable to visit a beautician who will provide you with an additional treatment (serum) from time to time.
2. Try to avoid weight changes, if we get fat and thin quickly our skin gets weaker.
3. Buy an appropriate bra which will fit your breasts perfectly.
4. Use compresses from time to time. Take two bowls - one with warm, one with cold water. Add a little bit of lemon juice to the bowl with cold water, add salt to the warm water. You need two towels, soak the first one in warm, the second in cold water. Put the towels on your breasts in turns, change them every 30 seconds.
5. Massage your breasts with a bath glove and baby oil. Start the massage from the armpit and make circles around nipples and finish near the armpit. You can also use salted water instead of baby oil.
6. You can also take care of your breasts under the shower. It's very easy! Spray your body with cold water, spray both breasts for around 2 minutes. Dry them delicately and apply cream or lotion.
