All women are afraid of aging, not that it is an awful process but simply because they want to look as good as possible for as much as they can. Even though aging is a natural thing, we all would like to have springy, resilient, radiant skin without wrinkles. What can we do to delay the clock and stay young and beautiful longer than genes allow us to? Here is a list of 8 things you can do to look younger.

Water
Try to hydrate your skin overnight, if your let your skin parched it generates free radicals which damage good cells. So if you omit moisturizing you won't let skin repair itself and this can cause further damage. Use creams which hold water such as creams with Shea butter, petrolatum or silicone. Put the cream as the last one, after anti-aging products.
Be careful about your pores
Dirt and oil accumulate in your pores which make them expand. Dermatologists recommend using pore strips every week and cleansing skin with a salicylic acid wash. This will prevent pores from clogging and is able to dissolve oil in the pores.
Feed your face
Eat well and your face will look wonderfully radiant, eat good fats from avocados, fish oil, flaxseed and primrose oil. Eat as much antioxidants as possible so make sure your diet is rich in vegetables and fruits such as carrots or blueberries.
Remove dead cells
With age dead cells don't slough off skin on their own so you need to help them. Glycolic acid peels can remove dead cells in minutes, use them twice a week or more, depending on sensitivity of your skin. Once dead cells are removed, you can be sure active ingredients penetrate your skin deeply.
Environment
Skin's collagen is broken down by the sun, pollution and other elements of the environment. Use creams with Idebenone, CoffeeBerry, Coenzyme Q10 which help skin cells repair damage.
Mind your eyes
Your skin around the eyes is also a victim of aging, so don't rub your eyes because skin around them will get dark, dull and thick. Use anti-aging creams which won't make your skin irritated and increase elastin production.
Make skin even
People with mottled and uneven skin look older than those with wrinkles. You can do something to reverse hyperpigmentation and lighten dark spots with hydroquinone and avoid sun exposure.
Wear sunscreen
If you wear sunscreen your skin stops being saggy, wrinkled and speckled, SPF 30 is optimal. Apply cream every day in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you commute in a car.
