People take anti-depressant pills because of the recession.

Doctors in London prescribe anti-depressants far more often than ever before. During the last 12 months the number of prescriptions has risen for 188,252. More people need treatment for such illnesses as anxiety and depression, people spend more and more money on pills which will help go through recession and crisis. The studies show there is a need for more psychological therapies for people suffering from depression due to the crisis. London clinics reported a doubling in the number of those who seek professional help with mental problems and diseases.
