Harvard Medical School experts analyzed diets of 6,000 women with type 2 diabetes. The volunteers were supposed to complete questionnaires about their diets. The researchers noticed that people who ate peanuts didn't have heart attacks as often as others, their protection against heart attacks was bigger. However, you should choose products that don't have sugar or salt added. You should also pay attention to the fact that peanut are rich in calories. Ad don't count on peanut better to make the whole work for you.
