A slim figure may be about when you eat something, not if you eat it at all. Scientists believe that dining early is the best option to win the battle with obesity. When scientists fed mice during the night they gained much more weight than those fed during the day.
The internal clock which governs time we go sleeping and wake up may be also responsible for our metabolism. So if you eat earlier you can notice weight loss. Better organization of meals can be crucial for avoiding obesity. It's enough to ban carbohydrates after 6 pm and you'll see the difference, shedding weight may be easier.
