Street coffees may change you from a fab to flab. They can provide about 25% of daily dose of calories. Coffees high in calories can be found almost everywhere.

Iced coffee drinks which are sold on the streets contain up to a woman's daily calorie intake. One of the worst coffee drinks offers as much as 560 calories, which is an enormous amount for a soft drink you buy everyday. The average woman should eat around 2000 calories daily, but many of us are trying to loose weight, coffee certainly doesn't help us to do that. A short coffee break may mean a disaster for the diet. Each coffee that contains cream topping contains about 100 calories more than an ordinary one. The best coffee you can choose is an iced coffee without creamy toppings - it contains only 3 calories. The most popular coffee stores don't want to reveal the recipe of their drinks, but most presumably they use full-fat milk and cream to keep the flavors best. Coffee lovers should choose the lower calorie options if they want to stay healthy for a long time.
