Are you in desperate need of loosing weight? You skip all the bad foods: pastas, curries and fast foods cause you believe they have plenty of calories. But it turns out that eating curries may be better idea than you think.






The latest finding claims that the flavouring turmeric contains an active ingredient which can help fight obesity. Each meal together with this yellow powder will lead to loosing weight. This is because turmeric contains curcumin, a chemical which is quite easily absorbed in the body. The curcumin is said to suppress the growth of fat tissue in mice and humans. It is especially effective when added to a high-fat meal. This means than curcumin prevents from forming new fat cells which create fat tissue and cause weight gain.
