The article presents 7 reasons to cut back on alcohol.

Alcohol makes us feel relaxed and energetic but only for a certain amount of time. The next day, we feel depressed and run down. Obviously, a glass of wine to the dinner is very good but when you start binge drinking you should be aware of all the disadvantages it poses. Why is it worth to stop drinking?
1. Healthier organs
You can't live without livers but huge amounts of alcohol put a huge strain on the liver and pancreas. Such damages are usually difficult to heal, it's enough to stop drinking though to keep them healthy.
2. Thinner waist
Drinking beer and vodka a few times a week will make you gather the weight, alcohol is nothing but empty calories. Combine the alcohol with food and you'll gain more weight than you expect.
3. Hormones
Testosterone and other hormones decrease when subjected to too much alcohol.
4. No hangover
The next day after drinking is a disaster for most of people. Try to moderate your drinking and eat plenty of water before going to bed and you will wake up refreshed and without hangovers.
5. Personality
Obviously, alcohol makes you funny and gibberish for the whole night of drinking. Even though you may feel like the life and soul of the party sitting in a bar completely sober allows you to practise your social skills. When others are drunk, it's even easier.
6. Thicker wallet
Drinking isn't cheap, if you refrain yourself from drinking you'll most probably learn that you haven't spend much money. You can use it for cinema tickets or a dinner out with your partner. Just think how many books, DVD's or clothes you could buy.
7. High quality stuff
When you stop drinking you start to appreciate better things, better wines or beers which even have higher health benefits. Just to mention red wine which is packed with antioxidants. The less you drink, the higher quality of alcohol you consume.
It's really worth change drinking habits for better.
