Real women don't do housework? Is that really so? Or maybe is quite the opposite, real women have plenty of chores, duties and responsibilities that can't be omitted. Read the article to get to know how to deal with domestic chores and professional work.

The economic situation in our country forces many women to go back to their professional work as it often happens that a man can't earn a living on his own. Of course, there's a large group of women who take up a professional job for other than financial reasons. Many women find their professional development, gaining experiences and social life equally important to family. This attitude to life is approved by men who no longer tend to treat women as housewives whose life is totally devoted to household chores, raising children and taking care of them. The biggest problem is that a working woman has the same amount of duties at home as a stay-at-home mom, the only difference is that she has far less time. Don't panic girls! Everyone knows that the more duties we have the more organized we are and it's hard to deny that.
The number of things to be done is huge: shopping, cleaning, washing, ironing, cooking, taking care of children, redecorating, paying bills. Each woman should realize that the day is only 24-hour long so it's impossible to do everything perfectly: to have pristine clean house, cook dinners, look good and have ideal make-up etc. Obviously, keeping the house in order is very important but we have to find some limit because we risk forgetting about other, substantial, spheres of life e.g. close relationship with the husband, children, personal development. A woman who concentrates on houseworks resigns often from social gatherings, entertainment, exercising or a simple relaxation. Appropriate proportions between all spheres of life should be kept and it's good to remember that no man will respect a wife who is always a cook, a cleaner, constantly tired and has no energy to go for walks or visit theater or cinema.
Cooking
The surveys say that preparing meals and cooking are the most time-consuming activities we are involved in at home. That is why it is crucial to organize this sphere properly. First of all, set be a principle that weekdays are for quick, easy meals, whereas more sophisticated meals are done during the weekend. If you want you can prepare four-course meal or cook cakes but you should keep in mind that buying a cake from the bakery from time to time isn't a catastrophe at all. It's also a good idea to cook larger meals, part of which can be frozen. There are plenty of cookbooks and internet sites where you can find quick meals, with preparation time less than 20 minutes. Kitchen appliances e.g. pressure cooker, microwave ovens certainly help and quicken the preparation time. Above all, you should invest in a dishwasher, it saves time, energy and money. Eating out now and again is another option you can take. Many families dine at cafeterias or canteens as it is beneficial in terms of time.
Shopping
All the shopping should be done with a list, as it saves both money and time. The habit of noting down the things which we are running out will also save some time. Once a month we can visit the supermarket to buy larger products whereas vegetables, breads and meats can be bought on the way from work.
Cleaning
It is a houswork which robs women of their sleep, it's an everlasting burden that can't easily be omitted. The most important thing is to clean regularly enough so as not to create any arrears. Children should also learn to clean their rooms from their early childhood. Moreover, husbands must take some part in cleaning and tidying the house too. It's far more easier to keep the house tidy if everyone is involved and has some chores, it's very important especially for children, it's a lesson that must be learned. All heavy and difficult chores e.g throwing litter, cleaning windows, vacuuming are typically for men. If cleaning takes plenty of our time or we have really large house we should think about hiring some other person.
The Internet account
The Internet accounts saves plenty of time and some money. We simply pay the bills via the Internet instead of standing in queues in one afternoon.
Share the chores
Nowadays, the traditional model of the family loses its popularity for the sake of partnership. Because of the fact that women do some professional work as well there's no reason why they should do the household duties on their own, without men's help. Sharing chores together ensures good organization at home, home and family are values important for men and women so both partners should get engaged in home duties. Apart from that, if two people do the same thing that makes twice as much free time for both of them: they'll find time for relax and hobby as well.
With so many things to do it's impossible to make everything each day, one common among women thing is to do several things simultaneously. After several years of running this homey business women become skilled that they can set washing, dust, clean the shelves while cooking, they can also look at TV at the same time.
People suffering from constant lack of time should remember that there are plenty of solutions they can use: take-away meals, Internet shopping, hiring cleaners, bedsitters, gardeners. It's good to take advantage of the times which enable you to do that. You should also pay attention that fathers can also go on a maternity leave. Maybe it's a good idea to limit the amount of time spent at work, take up part-time job or work online. The last one involves jobs from IT, editorial work, journalism, office work, graphics or translations.
Thank to good organization it's always possible to combine professional work worth domestic chores. Women feel much more worthy thank to the abilities to educate, develop and work. Each woman should remember that no one can fulfill the roles of a perfect housewife, professional worker, a fantastic lover or a perfect parent. Finding a balance is a crucial thing that needs to be achieved. It's important to remember that we should pay most of our attention to the most valuable activities. Everyone deserves to have some time for entertainment, social meetings, hobbies or other activities that simple make you happy.
