We probably have hear about negative health effects of coffee but recent studies show that coffee has its positive health effects too.

According to the recent studies carried out by the scientists from the University of Helsinki drinking large quantities of coffee reduces risk of getting liver cancer. The more cups of coffee we drink the lower the risk. This type of cancer belongs to the group of the most dangerous cancers because the liver is the largest organ people possess and it's essential for blood filtering. An adult man's liver weighs around 1500-1700 g whereas woman's around 1300 g. Although the liver has enormous strength to regenerate, recurring damages to its structure can lead to liver necrosis. The main reason for that is alcohol abuse. The scientists advise drinking coffee to people who suffer from hyperacidity and arterial hypotension. Coffee has plenty of advantages e.g. it's stimulating and refreshing, quickens the metabolism and clears thoughts. Nevertheless, coffee abuse has its disadvantages, doctors claim that we shouldn't drink more than 3-4 cups of coffee every day. Coffee slows down the process of calcium absorption, it's also bad for people suffering from depression, blood circulation problems and for those who live or work under pressure.
