There are several causes of swelling hands: you may have swollen fingers, knuckles, dactylitis. There are other causes of swelling hands, they can be caused by exercises, and this occurs quite often. The problem may be evoked by the response of circulatory system of the hands. So before exercising you should remove rings and loosen the watches or bracelets, do arm circles during exercise and stretch the fingers.
Of course, swelling triggers may include: heat illnesses, reaction to a bite or sting, an allergic reaction to something you ate or drank, swelling is very common among people who have arthritis.
