Macro and microelements are crucial if we want to be healthy and beautiful. Today's article presents information about microelements, so read it and change your diet into a better one.

Microelements - zinc, chromium, fluorine
Zinc
Zinc takes part in many processes, it is a component or takes part in activation of many enzymes, facilitates protein and carbohydrates metabolism, takes part in insulin creation. It supervises muscle contractions and decontractions. Zinc influences functioning of reproductive organs and fertility. Men with impotence problems are advised to follow a diet rich in zinc. When we lack zinc, our smell and taste gets weaker, wounds are difficult to heal, our skin looks worse and our nails get white marks. It is also possible that a prostate grows bigger. That is why we should eat products rich in zinc such as seafood (especially oyster), meat, liver, eggs, wheat sprouts, yeast and pumpkin seeds. An average organism demands 12-15 mg of zinc a day.
Chromium
Chromium on the other hand is important for growing. With insulin chromium facilitates glucose metabolism. It helps the organism fight against diabetes as it takes part in metabolism of carbohydrates. People who can't resist eating sweets are advised to take chromium supplements as it reduces this urge for sweet things. An appropriate chromium level is guaranteed by a balanced diet which involves wheat sprouts, poultry and yeast.
Fluorine
Fluorine strengthens teeth, enamel resistance and prevents from parodontosis. It also destroys bacteria in the mouth. Organism absorbs fluorine from food and fluoride drinking water. Fluorine can't be overdosed so its deficiencies should be completed under control of a practitioner. 80 mg can cause food poisoning, 2 g - vomiting whereas 5-10 g is a lethal dose. It's enough for your teeth to take a safe daily dose of fluorine found in a toothpaste.
