Apart from that, vitamin A is a strong antioxidant which makes skin look young for a long time, protects it from the attack of free radicals responsible for creation of wrinkles. Moreover, it helps skin fight with various problems, it mitigates skin irritation and enhances healing acne and psoriasis.
The inner part of chicory is the most bitter, it should be rinsed before cutting or else it looses its important bitter content.
