Baby swimming classes are organized in every large town and city, so no matter you live in Manchester or New York you can find swimming classes for you and for baby.






These days when we complain about a constant lack of time it's nothing more pleasurable than spending time in the swimming pool with the family. In such a way we will combine sports with family time. Not only will we provide our children with the possibility to have plenty of fun but they will also be safe thank to using special form of exercises.

Exercising in water:

- influence the psycho-motor development of our children
- help in developing joint movements and prevent from spine curvature
- support the immunity system
- create a strong bond between parents and children

Children older than 3 months old can take part in special classes designed for them. Apparently, it is their natural surrounding while prenatal months. These exercises involve adapting to water environment through teaching basic movements in water. This is done by using special tools such as aid floats and of course, with parents' help. When beginning exercising early it is possible for parents to create a unique bond which is really important especially in the early years of children. Your child feels safe, plays more willingly and develops faster.

Swimming in the early stage has a positive influence on child's physical development!
