Vitamin B6 deficiency

About the vitamin B6 (pyridoxine):
Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin which plays crucial role in proper functioning of the organism. Vitamin B6 is often matched with magnesium which improves its absorption.

Vitamin B6 has influence on:
- blood pressure
- muscle cramps
- heart functioning
- appropriate work of nervous system
- digestion of lipids, carbohydrates and proteins
- takes part in hemoglobin syntesis
- enables energy storage
- prevents from kidney stones formation and helps in healing kidney diseases
- relieves symptoms of premenstrual syndrome
- reduces side effects of different medications
- helps in treatment of depression, irritability and migraines
