Description of disease:

Renal pelvis cancer starts in the tissue of tubes that connect kidneys to the bladder. The main causes include: tobacco smoking, medication overuse such as phenacetin, contact with aniline, work with rubber, plastic, textile or cable production. Renal pelvis cancer constitutes of 5-8% of kidney cancers, it most often appears at the age of 65-70, three times more often in men rather than women.
