Neurasthenia is the most common form of nervosis, it is characterized by irritation, weakness and feelings of inability to do anything. The main causes of the disease are long-lasting tension, making decisions quickly, tiredness with work, social and political activity, problems with family and work, constant haste and competing with others, urge to reach success, noisy surrounding, physical and chemical problems. The best way to treat the illness is to change the lifestyle, take some rest, take tranquilizers or have a physical therapy.
