Description of disease:
 The definition of impotence is described as an erectile dysfunction in which men are unable to get erection or ejaculate despite satisfactory foreplay and sexual excitation. It affects people over 50 years old most often.
Impotency may be caused by:
- psychological factors - feeling nervous about sex and your own sexuality, fear of pregnancy, having many complexes, being troubled by problems, sexual disorders
- physical - due to age or an illness
The patient usually reacts appropriately (gets a hard-on) while sleeping or masturbating. The disorder may be called impotency only when the problems occur frequently despite satisfactory long-lasting relationship.
Erection can be restored thank to the development of medicine.
