Description of disease:

The secondary hypeparathyroidism is the abnormal production of parathyroid hormone by the parathyroid glands (it is an organ of endocrinal secretion). A high level of PTH is caused by the low level of calcium in the blood. The disease is typical for people with chronic kidney diseases when the organism faces vitamin D disorders and a phosphate imbalance or it happens to people with diseases of the intestines.
Hyperparathyroidism treatment consists of taking phosphorus and above all, curing the illnesses that cause it.

Symptoms:


bone pains
constipation
depression
fractures
hematuria (blood in urine)
intestine disorders
loss of appetite
nausea and vomitting
psychosis
renal insufficiency
