Description of disease:

Heart failure is a combination of clinical conditions which result in heart functioning disorders. Heart failure leads to such diseases as: valvular incompetence, ischemia, necrosis or arrhytmia. Heart failure classification includes: right-sided heart failure or left-sided heart failure, they differ in symptoms.
Stages of the heart failure:
I - there aren't any changes during normal effort
II - small changes during normal effort, but the physical efficiency is slightly lowered
III - very low physical efficiency during exercising
IV - dyspnea

Symptoms:


cyanosis
dyspnea, breathlessness
swelling legs
urinary incontinence



Research:


Blood cell count
Coronarography
Electrocardiography (EKG)
Exercise test
Urine analysis
X-ray examination of the chest
