What is a wart? It is a small flesh-colored bump you can find on your genital organs and in the areas of the anus. It is also called pointed condyloma. Warts in women may attack cervix and vagina. It is a sexually transmitted disease caused by HPV (the human papillomavirus), more common for women than men. Although genital warts don't develop symptoms such as pain, itching or burning they grow quickly and form cauliflower-like clusters. The treatment involves using medications, sometimes removing several warts heals the others but there is a high possibility that they will reappear.
